Find out why the famous Swiss artist Augusto Giacometti is called "the Master of Colour". You will see his astonishing, vibrant wall murals before strolling through the old town, across some of Zürich's famous squares. Along the way, we visit the Fraumunster church to view Giacometti's choir windows (and those of Marc Chagall) and finish our tour at the Grossmünster church where both Augusto Giacometti's and Sigmar Polke's more contemporary artworks can be admired.

Afterwards our guide will bring you back to the center of town again. Or, you may wish to continue to the Zürich Art Gallery and look at some of Augusto Giacometti's pioneering abstract paintings. At the same time you can see the famous sculptures of another member of the famous Giacometti dynasty, Augusto's first cousin, Alberto Giacometti.
